A batch of machined aluminium components — tubes, discs and small parts — staged on a shop bench

“The manufacturer stopped making it. Lead time is fourteen weeks. The line is down now.”

That is the call we get most. Send us the part that failed — even in pieces — and we will machine you another one.

How it works

Three steps

  1. 1

Send us the part or the specs

A drawing, a photo, or the broken component itself. Start wherever you are — no drawing is fine.

  2. 2

    We engineer and machine it

We confirm the approach and the timeline with you before any metal is cut.

  3. 3

    You get back to production

Parts delivered to spec so the line runs again.

Why companies choose us

We do not just make parts

Fast Turnaround

Downtime is expensive, and we schedule like we know it.

Precision & Accuracy

Built to spec and built to last, whether it is one part or fifty.

Problem-Solving Focus

Bring us the problem, not just the drawing. Often there is a better part than the one that failed.

Flexible Volume

A single replacement part is a real job here, not an inconvenience.

Local and Responsive

Front Range based, so you are talking to the people doing the work.

Industries

Who we work with

If it has moving parts and downtime matters, we can help.

Custom & specialty

Not everything is a production part

Alongside the industrial work we take on one-off custom pieces — billet accessories, engraved plates and motorsport components. Same machines, same tolerances.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you do CNC machining?+

Yes. Machining Colorado runs a HAAS VF2 for 3-axis CNC milling and a HAAS SL10T for CNC turning, working in aluminum 6061-T6 and 303, 304 and 316 stainless. Tolerances are typically held to within 0.003". If your part needs 5-axis work or a tighter tolerance than that, say so when you request a quote and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.

I do not have a drawing — can you still make the part?+

Yes. Send us the original part, even broken, or a photo with rough measurements. Reverse engineering from an existing component is routine work for us, and it is often how these jobs start.

Can you make a part that has been discontinued?+

That is one of the main reasons customers call us. If the component is no longer manufactured, backordered indefinitely, or the original supplier is gone, we can machine a replacement from the part you already have.

Do you take one-off jobs, or only production runs?+

Both. A single replacement part is a normal job here. We also handle short production runs for manufacturers who need parts without a long lead time.

How fast can you turn a part around?+

It depends on the part, the material and what else is on the machines that week. Tell us the deadline you are working to when you request a quote and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it before you commit.

What areas do you serve?+

Denver and the Colorado Front Range, from Fort Collins down through Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Parts can be shipped further afield — ask when you request your quote.

Do you offer after-hours or emergency service?+

Not at present. We work standard business hours and prioritise rush jobs within them, so tell us up front how urgent the job is and we will schedule accordingly.

How do I get a quote?+

Send the drawing, the sample part, or a photo and description through the quote form. We will come back to you with pricing and a realistic timeline.
