Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 2026
This notice explains what Machining Colorado collects when you contact us, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it. If anything here is unclear, email us at machiningcolorado@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit our quote form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and pick the conversation back up later.
We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the website is used — pages viewed, roughly how long, and which site or search sent you. This tells us which pages are useful. It is not used to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
- — To prepare your quote and answer your question.
- — To contact you about the job you asked us about.
- — To keep a record of work we have quoted or completed for you.
- — To understand which parts of the website are working.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from us about your enquiry or your job. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You can stop these at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not stop us calling or emailing you about a job you have asked us to quote.
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Who else sees it
We use third-party services to run this website and manage enquiries — a website host, a customer relationship platform that receives our form submissions, and analytics tools. These providers process your information on our behalf and only to provide those services.
We do not sell your personal information. We will only disclose it otherwise where the law requires it.
Drawings and specifications
Drawings, models, samples and specifications you send us are treated as your confidential property. We use them to quote and produce your parts and we do not share them with anyone else or use them for another customer’s job.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to service the relationship and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email machiningcolorado@gmail.com or call (720) 366-0723.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
